The Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 30 is certified by the Alberta Labour Relations Board as the bargaining agent for a unit of employees of The City of Edmonton described as all employees directly engaged in the construction or maintenance of public works, buildings, facilities and grounds; in physical supervision of facilities; in service and repair of vehicles and equipment; and in the operation of animal and pest control systems, garbage disposal and control systems, and wastewater treatment systems; except office and clerical employees, IBEW, ATU and Fire.
