Employee Check-in Survey
The quick Employee Check-in surveys measures the employee experience between the more detailed biennial surveys. They provide an opportunity for employees to regularly share their honest thoughts of how things are going and help build a positive employee experience. The City partnered with Glint, a world leading people success platform, to conduct the check-ins. For confidentiality, the City only receives grouped data, not individual responses.
