The project is now complete and open to the public. The site will remain under the contractor's one-year warranty maintenance until the fall of 2025.
Project Overview
The City of Edmonton is developing a community park in the south section of the Secord neighbourhood, located along Secord Drive. The site is approximately 5.02 hectares (12 acres) in size.
The scope of this project is to provide base-level park development including grading, seeding and landscaping, as well as building a sports field, adding park furniture and constructing shared-use paths with lighting. The park is scheduled for construction in spring 2023 with construction completion anticipated for fall 2023.
