Starting March 2, 2025, 311 telephone hours of operation will be 7am to 7pm, 6 days a week (closed Sundays and statutory holidays). Support for essential public safety and urgent bylaw calls will continue to be available on Sundays and after hours.

311 is Edmonton’s non-emergency contact for City government information and services, and provides residents, businesses and visitors with a central point of contact for their city needs.
