The East Widening project upgraded Yellowhead Trail to 6 lanes, from 61 Street to the North Saskatchewan River. Construction is now complete.
This map shows where changes were completed from 61 Street to the North Saskatchewan River.
Road widening and resurfacing was completed in 2021. Overhead sign installations and landscaping was completed in 2022. Landscaping repairs will be completed in spring 2023.
