Check out the links below to prepare for construction:

The City of Edmonton and EPCOR are working together to construct Low Impact Development (LID), which will help with stormwater retention and help mitigate flooding.

If you live in the 2025 construction area, please watch your mailbox for construction bulletins that will provide more information along with details on landscaping and access. All residents and business owners are asked to access their homes and businesses through the back entrances and alleys, where possible, during construction. If no alley access is available and/or you have special access requirements (such as DATS or a temporary access ramp to the front of your home), please contact the Construction Project Manager, David Ha, 780-496-4055, to coordinate.

Construction in Meyokumin began in spring 2024 and is expected to take 3 years (planned completion fall 2026). Neighbourhood renewal in Meyokumin is progressing on time and on budget.
