About the Program

As a part of the Neighbourhood Renewal Program, the City will be coordinating road construction in industrial neighbourhoods. Prior to construction starting, property owners will receive a bulletin outlining the estimated start and finish dates and contact information.

Industrial Neighbourhood Renewal consists of road rehabilitation and road reconstruction, depending on the condition of the road. Road rehabilitation includes asphalt overlay, or road reclamation first, then an asphalt overlay. Road reconstruction removes the existing asphalt and road base, and replaces it with a new road base and asphalt paving. Other spot concrete repairs are done as well.
