Parking Disruptions

The parkade pedestrian and pedway doors are locked from midnight-6am. Call security at 780-496-2620 to access the parkade during these hours. Vehicle doors operate at all hours.
With the 99 Street Streetscaping and Waterproof Project extended to mid-September, access to the parkade will be limited.
- The parkade entrance at 99 Street, at the Citadel Theatre, is closed, and portions of the first level are unavailable for parking. The parkade’s entrance and exit at 100 Street are open.
Starting Tuesday, August 5, vehicles can only access the parkade at the 102A Avenue entrance, due to the 99 Street Update project. The current entry from the north via 103A Avenue will be closed. The detour will be in effect until late spring 2026. Please plan for extra time when entering or leaving the parkade.
