Parking Disruptions

The parkade pedestrian and pedway doors are locked from midnight-6am. Call security at 780-496-2620 to access the parkade during these hours. Vehicle doors operate at all hours.
Access to the Stanley A. Milner Library parkade will change as the 99 Street Streetscaping and Waterproof Project transitions into the winter season.
- The parkade entrance at 99 Street will open late October.
- The parkade entrance at 100 Street will close early January 2026 and reopen in April 2026.
Starting Tuesday, August 5, vehicles can only access the parkade at the 102A Avenue entrance, due to the 99 Street Update project. The current entry from the north via 103A Avenue will be closed. The detour will be in effect until late spring 2026. Please plan for extra time when entering or leaving the parkade.
On Wednesday, October 29, hourly parking in the City Hall Parkade will not be available from 8am to 6pm due to the City Council swearing-in ceremony. Please use the Stanley A. Milner Library or Canada Place parkades instead. Hourly parking at City Hall will be available after 6pm.
On Sunday, November 2, from 10am-3pm the Canada Place parkade will be closed for building maintenance. There will be no access to the parkade during that time. Stanley A. Milner Library parkade is available for parking.
