Pay for EPark parking with the HotSpot Mobile App

If you haven’t parked using an app before, we made it easy and convenient for your first time. The new app for EPark, powered by HotSpot Parking, comes with features many customers have asked for in their parking app, including a pay-as-you-go format.

Funds over $25 from deactivated MyEPark accounts have been transferred over to HotSpot and will be available as a parking credit. All users who had funds transferred have received an email with instructions to set up their accounts. You must have a HotSpot account to use the parking credit.

  • Make sure to use the email address associated with your former MyEPark account
  • If you already have a HotSpot account, make sure the location setting in your account is set to Edmonton for the parking credit to appear
  • If you do not have a HotSpot account, you can open one by downloading the app or visiting HotSpot, choose New User?
