Winter Hours of Operation
Eco Station winter hours begin in 2 weeks! Starting November 2, Eco Stations will be open Tuesday to Saturday, from 9am-5pm.
Eco Stations will be closed on Sunday November 3-Monday November 4.
Eco Stations are convenient waste drop-off sites for your batteries, electronics, household hazardous waste and more.
Eco Stations do not accept Elm Wood.
Do not combine elm wood with food scraps or other collected waste. Do not stack, pile or save elm wood.
Dispose of elm wood immediately by:
- Burning it, or
- Taking it to the Edmonton Waste Management Centre (EWMC), 250 Aurum Road: it's free for residents. Remember to tell the scale operator that you have elm wood.
