Youth Services Leaders in Training program for development of leadership skills and confidence building.
The Leaders in Training (LIT) program is designed for youth aged 13-17 to develop leadership skills and gain valuable practical experience while having fun with children. It allows youth to give back to their community and earn leadership hours for school.
A Leader In Training supports City of Edmonton recreation leaders to run summer programs for children.
