Building Alteration and Change of Use
Permit application processing times for interior and exterior alterations and renovations, demolitions, or changes in business activities to the individual units or common areas of existing commercial, industrial, institutional, mixed-use, or multi-unit residential buildings. Multi-unit residential buildings include duplexes, row houses with 5 or more units, stacked row houses, and apartments or condos.
