Please note: we are unable to guarantee shipping times for December and January passes due to the increase in volume for Canada Post during the holiday season. To ensure you receive your pass in time, we recommend you purchase your December pass by November 10 and your January pass prior to December 10.  Any January passes ordered before December 23, will be processed and shipped in the following business days of the order.

Orders placed from December 23 to 29 will be processed and shipped on Wednesday, December 29.

Orders placed from December 30 to January 3 will be processed and shipped on Tuesday, January 4.


Please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping.  We will not investigate or replace any lost or stolen passes within 20 days of the shipping date.   

If you need your pass sooner, please visit one of the recreation centres to purchase your passes in person.To purchase a pass in person at an Edmonton Transit Centre and at select City recreation centres (Commonwealth, Clareview, Terwillegar, The Meadows) you must have a recent negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of the visit or proof of vaccination.  

If you need to purchase a pass with cash or regular debit, you can do so at select City recreation centres without an appointment (Commonwealth, Clareview, Terwillegar, The Meadows), or at the Edmonton Service Centre by appointment only (call 780-423-7433 Monday-Friday between 8am-4:30pm to book an in-person appointment).

The Ride Transit Program provides greater access to Edmonton Transit Service by reducing financial barriers for individuals and families in Edmonton. Through a partnership with the Government of Alberta, this program provides Adult and Youth monthly passes to eligible Edmontonians at a subsidized rate.
