Residents already participating in Dedicated Accessible Transit Service (DATS) and Assisted Waste Collection Services can enroll in the Assisted Snow Removal program through a simplified process. Please provide your details below and once a spot becomes available our team will contact you with additional questions to confirm your needs and service location.

The facility you live in should be providing snow removal. If there are any concerns regarding the level of snow clearing, please speak to your facility manager.

This service is intended for those who are unable to shovel the snow on their property and cannot receive assistance from another individual.





Note: Assisted Snow Removal Services are not intended for apartments, condos and other residences with general maintenance services, including snow removal.

Personal information is collected for the purpose of the Assisted Snow Removal Pilot Program and will be used to validate your participation in the program. Collection is authorized under section 4(c) of the Protection of Privacy Act (POPA) and is managed and protected in accordance with the Act. The city intends to input the information into an automated system to generate content or make decisions, recommendations or predictions in accordance with the City of Edmonton Generative AI Standard.
