Photo Release
The owner and copyright holders of the text, drawings, photographs, plans, graphics, books and brochures submitted to the 2025 Edmonton Urban Design Awards Program, hereby grant permission to the City of Edmonton to use and reproduce this material for the following purposes:
- Publicity to promote the 2025 or future Edmonton Urban Design Awards Programs, to announce the awards, and in all materials used to educate the public about urban design, including but not limited to pages on the City of Edmonton website.
- Images will be retained by the City of Edmonton and the City of Edmonton shall be granted a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use such images and such physical and digital media for City of Edmonton purposes without attribution.
