From payments to permits to transit passes and programs, the Edmonton Service Centre offers access to many services that support Edmontonians.
Due to high demand, please arrive early to ensure we can provide support within regular business hours. If you are applying for the Leisure Access Program or Ride Transit, arrive before 3pm.
When required, the queue for the Edmonton Service Centre may end early, to ensure we can support customers within regular business hours.
Depending on the service, we offer appointments virtually, over the phone or in person. We encourage pre-booked appointments when possible. Appointments are free and many types can be booked up to 14 days in advance.
If you are visiting in person, we are located at 10111 104 Avenue, on the second floor of the Edmonton Tower.
