Edmonton Transit Service (ETS) is a fully integrated, progressive, easy-to-use public transit system that provides over 80 million rides each year. Transit plays an important role in city building and provides seamless connection within Edmonton and region by focusing on 3 pillars: service, infrastructure and technology.
Each year, ETS develops an Annual Service Plan that highlights achievements and work over the past year and sets priorities for the year ahead. This year, we are releasing our fifth ETS Annual Service Plan , that serves as a single document that captures all major transit projects, reflects staff and rider feedback, and explains the strategic alignment between these projects and Council goals.
