Edmonton Transit Service (ETS) is committed to providing safe, convenient and reliable service to getting riders to their destinations each day. ETS tracks performance of the transit system to provide valuable insights, support data-driven decision making and evaluate performance to drive continuous improvement. ETS is increasing transparency and access to consistent, reliable data through these reports.
The City of Edmonton is accountable to measure and report progress on results that matter to the public and City Council.
ETS tracks performance on various transit metrics to understand how we are doing and where we can improve. Monitoring progress enables data-driven decision-making and ensures goals and targets are being met.
The ETS Annual Service Plan highlights the ambitious initiatives and service improvements that are underway. As a fully integrated public service, ETS serves a wide variety of riders from all areas of the city and is continually improving service.
New annual reports to be added in April each year.
Route report cards for each ETS’ route highlights boarding information, on-time performance and specific route frequency. These report cards are developed after each service adjustment that occurs five times a year in February, April, June, September and December.
