Changes to the dates within the Right of Entry Agreement must be made in advance of the agreement’s expiry date , otherwise application fees (i.e.$200) will apply over and above the original $400 paid application fee.

Under the agreement there is an expectation for the applicant to restore the land to the state in which you found it.  If the end date of the Right of Entry agreement, or amendment agreement, falls between November 1 and March 31, the end date is automatically set to the next May 31 date.  This is to allow the applicant to perform the restoration work as required under the Right of Entry agreement.  The time period added on to a Right of Entry Agreement for the purposes of restoration work is intended solely for the restoration of land and other activities, not related to restoration, shall not occur.
Please provide the municipal address and the legal description.
