Important Notes

Rooms are available for rent during facility hours - 5:30am-10:30pm on weekdays, 6am-10pm on weekends and 8am-8pm on STAT holidays.

Please note:

  • You will have access to your multi-purpose room no more than 5 minutes before the start of your rental. Please include any set-up and clean-up time in your requested rental time.
  • Multi-purpose rooms are not stocked with dishes or cutlery. Please bring your own.
  • Any outside food or drink can be brought into the facility.
  • Sparklers, animals and inflatable play places (bouncy castles) are not permitted.
  • There is no storage space available for food, supplies and decorations before or after your rental time. Cashiers are unable to keep anything behind the cash desk or in any of the multi-purpose rooms.
  • The indoor playground cannot be booked for exclusive use; it is open to the public 8am-8pm daily. It operates on a first-come, first-served basis. There may be a wait time during peak hours and no preference is given to groups or those with a room rented.

Cancellation Policy

The Licensee may terminate their License Agreement or reduce the Term by providing the City with written notice at least sixteen (16) days in advance of the date of termination or reduction of Term. The Licensee shall receive a full or pro rated refund of any License Fee paid to the City for the part of the Term.
