You can help Edmonton reach Vision Zero. In 2021, the City launched three programs to give everyone the opportunity to get involved and help make their streets safer: Vision Zero Street Labs, the Safe Speeds Toolkit and the Vision Zero School Kit.
To support a healthy, thriving city, we want people of all ages and abilities to move easily and comfortably around Edmonton. Take a look and see which program(s) would be best for your neighbourhood.
Vision Zero Street Labs are temporary community-led, customized, creative, and flexible solutions to address neighbourhood traffic safety concerns.
Use the Safe Speeds Toolkit to address concerns about speeding in your neighbourhood and support the implementation of the new 40 km/h default speed limit.
The Vision Zero School Kit can be used to help build street safety awareness around schools and create new experiences and conversations to contribute to more livable neighbourhoods.
