Little Mountain is a quaint cemetery that is said to be like walking into an old county churchyard.
Little Mountain is a mixture of old fashioned simplicity with a touch of mystique that creates an atmosphere of reverence.
Many of the pioneers who settled northeast of Edmonton have made Little Mountain their final resting place. In 1895 this site, on the highest point in the area, was chosen to be a cemetery and serve the north-east of what is now, Edmonton. The City assumed responsibility for the cemetery in 1985.
