Allows eligible low-income Edmontonians to access participating City recreation facilities through an annual pass or a subsidized monthly pass.

The Financial Empowerment Program has social workers who work with community partners to help people living on a low income expand their financial knowledge, reduce debt, grow savings and build assets.
