The Financial Empowerment Program has social workers who work with community partners to help people living on a low income expand their financial knowledge, reduce debt, grow savings and build assets.

The City's Financial Empowerment Program is temporarily suspended, effective June 27, 2023. For alternative services or financial information, please contact 211 for referrals to active community programs and services.
