There are different types of affordable housing to meet different needs:
Land for affordable and supportive housing is available only to experienced non-profit housing developers and operators. Private developers are welcome to submit proposals for land reserved for mixed-market housing developments, such as surplus school sites. Please see the Applicant Eligibility section under each listing for more information.
Grant funding for servicing work may be made available subject to Executive Committee or City Council approval. The eligible items relating to the servicing of each property to a development-ready state are contained within the Servicing Grant section of the individual property offering’s listing.
