The City supports many non-profit agencies through a range of programs, including through grants and funding and also provides access to City-owned buildings through below-market lease agreements.

If you are interested in purchasing or leasing land which you have not found listed for lease or sale on this site: 

  1. Complete the Property Inquiry Form. You will automatically receive (via email) a copy of your completed form.
  2. Print a hard-copy of the completed form and mail it back to the City, along with a cheque for $255.

Once the City receives your mailed-in form and cheque, they will process your payment, and your property inquiry will be processed.

Note: Property inquiries can take anywhere from 4 weeks to 6 months to complete, depending on the property you are inquiring about.

Market Rate Lease Spaces at Edmonton Research Park

The Edmonton Research Park was approved by City Council in 1982 to promote research and advanced technology activities in Edmonton. Today more than 55 businesses employing more than 1,500 staff are located within the Research Park. Some of these businesses offer space for lease consistent with permitted and discretionary uses allowed in the Research Park.
