the fragrant and colourful flowers of the seasonal changing Feature Pyramid?
The perfect event begins with the perfect setting! The Muttart Conservatory is one of the City’s finest facilities to celebrate any special occasion. Come for a visit – we are sure you’ll be awed!
Imagine exchanging your vows in our Feature Pyramid surrounded by such flowers as Cyclamens, Tulips, Hydrangeas, Chrysanthemums or Poinsettias. Have your pictures taken in the Tropical Pyramid using the tranquil waterfall as your backdrop. With four different pyramids to choose from there is sure to be something for everyone.
All wedding and photos sessions must be booked well in advance. Drop-ins can not be accommodated at this time.
After hours; exclusive use
Rates
Exclusive (private) use: 4-4:30pm
Non-Exclusive use: 4:30-5pm
Rate: $560 / 60-minute session
Evening sessions will begin at 6pm and will be booked consecutively in the order they are received.
Rates include use of a signing table and chair, and a host.
Time Available: 6:30pm-1am Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays
Reception and Banquet Fee: $2,000
Free Parking Available: 85 vehicles (approximately)
Event planners can arrive at 6pm to begin decor set up in the Centre Court. All items brought in must be completely removed by 1am.
All food and beverage are managed by our exclusive in-house caterer, Cafe Bloom. Please visit their website at cafebloom.ca or contact them directly at events@cafebloom.ca.
Outside catering is not permitted.
If you are planning a special event that includes live or recorded music of any kind, you are required to pay licence fee to SOCAN and Re-Sound. The Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada (SOCAN) and Re:Sound Music Licensing Company (Re:Sound) are collective societies. These collective societies can charge tariffs for the performance of music in public, according to section 19(2)(a) of the Copyright Act.

No, Cafe Bloom is the exclusive onsite caterer at Muttart Conservatory.
Guest parking is available in the designated parking areas on the north side of the facility. Guests are required to register their vehicle license plate numbers with the front counter staff upon arrival.
All aspects of the sale and service of alcohol will be coordinated through Cafe Bloom.
Alcohol service must finish one hour before the end time of the event.
The consumption of food and beverages is not permitted in the pyramids.
Please contact the facility representative to discuss and confirm delivery and set up arrangements in advance of your event.
Only equipment and set up arranged with the facility representative will be provided.
