The Residential Clean Energy Improvement Program (CEIP) is a financing tool for residential property owners to help fund energy efficiency upgrades and/or renewable energy installations with a competitive interest rate and repayment terms. The Home Upgrades Program is offered by Alberta Ecotrust and Empower Me, in partnership with the City of Edmonton and others. It helps qualified families struggling to pay their energy bills to upgrade their home's energy efficiency. The Edmonton program has been fully subscribed and is not taking applications at this time.
