- Advice and critical information about the Residential Tenancies Act
- Mediation with landlords to stabilize housing
- Navigation to the Residential Tenancy Dispute Resolution Service (RTDRS), a provincial tribunal to resolve disputes
- Referrals to other services and supports
Hello Seniors Program
Hello Seniors offers community social services to older adults (aged 55+). Outreach and General Support Workers help seniors navigate complex systems and complete forms for pensions, government benefits, transportation, and housing. They also connect seniors to community resources that promote education, recreation, food security, and overall well-being.
The program can help seniors:
- Clarify their needs and goals based on readiness and available resources
- Navigate systems such as housing, food and transportation
- Navigate government benefits, pensions, educational and recreational programs
- Connect with healthcare professionals when needed
- Connect with supports to address complex issues, such as mental health, addiction, elder abuse, and social isolation
- Find reputable service providers for snow removal, yard maintenance, housekeeping, and personal services through Seniors Home Supports
- Understand decision-making tools and how to use them

Greater Edmonton Foundation (GEF) Seniors Housing
GEF Seniors Housing owns and manages affordable accommodations for low to moderate income seniors age 65 years and older.
Services include:
Independent Living Apartments and Duplexes
- Clean, bright, well maintained buildings
- Some buildings located next to supportive living lodges
- Staff on site
Supportive Living Lodges
- Social and recreation activities
- Housekeeping and linen service
- Delicious meals and snacks

The Residential Access Modification Program (RAMP)
The Residential Access Modification Program (RAMP) is a program available to eligible wheelchair users to modify their home to be more wheelchair accessible. Applicants can apply for a RAMP grant of up to $7,500.
