Tenancy Support
Tenant Support can provide the following:
- Advice and critical information about the Residential Tenancies Act
- Mediation with landlords to stabilize housing
- Navigation to the Residential Tenancy Dispute Resolution Service (RTDRS), a provincial tribunal to resolve disputes
- Referrals to other services and supports
Seniors Coordinated Outreach
Seniors Coordinated Outreach assists seniors with resources, services and supports by assessing needs and offering appropriate support/outreach services.
Services include:
- Housing information and referrals
- Support in making the transition from one lifestyle to another
- Seniors Housing Guide, a listing of subsidized and non-subsidized housing in the Edmonton area
- Support completing applications for financial assistance
- Referrals to screened service providers who offer snow removal, yard help, housekeeping, home repair and maintenance, personal services and moving help.

Greater Edmonton Foundation (GEF) Seniors Housing
GEF Seniors Housing owns and manages affordable accommodations for low to moderate income seniors age 65 years and older.
Services include:
Independent Living Apartments and Duplexes
- Clean, bright, well maintained buildings
- Some buildings located next to supportive living lodges
- Staff on site
Supportive Living Lodges
- Social and recreation activities
- Housekeeping and linen service
- Delicious meals and snacks
- Staff on site 24/7

The Residential Access Modification Program (RAMP)
The Residential Access Modification Program (RAMP) is a program available to eligible wheelchair users to modify their home to be more wheelchair accessible. Applicants can apply for a RAMP grant of up to $7,500.
