The City of Edmonton is launching a new app to pay for EPark parking to simplify mobile payments and to enhance customer experience with parking across the city. We gathered customer feedback on what application features worked and what needed to be improved, and the new app will have improvements based on this feedback.
On May 15, 2024, the City of Edmonton will be launching a new app to pay and manage parking. With the new app, powered by HotSpot Parking, paying for daily parking will be simpler and easier.
Currently, the City is helping MyEPark customers with large funds and/or shared accounts transition to the new HotSpot mobile payment system. This process will take place from April 29 to May 15, 2024.
In the interim, pay for parking using an EPark machine, Hotspot’s FastTap or online, which do not require an account.
The original MyEpark app is deactivated as of April 29, 2024. You can request refunds from a deactivated account until June 30, 2024.
See the frequently asked questions below for more information on the new parking app.
