
The City is working with United Way and Staples stores across Edmonton for the first-ever Stuff a Bus for Schools campaign, gathering donations of new school supplies to support Edmonton area students.
August 5-23, 2025
The Stuff a Bus for Schools campaign helps to provide students with the supplies needed for school, removes barriers to education and supports them with opportunities of a brighter future.
What to Donate
Examples of brand-new school supplies needed:
- Backpacks
- Pencils, pens and erasers
- Binders, notebooks, dividers, duotangs and paper
- Crayons, pencil crayons, highlighters and markers
- Scissors, glue sticks, rulers and pencil cases
Drop Boxes
August 5-22
- Drop off at City facilities and Staples stores in Edmonton.
- Purchase pre-packaged school supply kits at Staples to donate.

ETS Event: Stuff a Bus for Schools at Staples
August 23, 10am-4pm
ETS buses will be on location at all 8 Staples Stores in Edmonton collecting school supply donations on August 23, 10am-4pm.
