More than 125,000 Canadian Armed Forces members have served in international peacekeeping efforts in dozens of countries. We recognize and remember their courage, service and sacrifice.

The City of Edmonton honours the dedication of our Canadian Armed Forces members and the many brave sacrifices they have made so that we can live in safe and peaceful communities.

Edmontonians and members of surrounding communities gather on November 11 to remember these sacrifices and show appreciation to our active, retired and fallen soldiers and their families.
