The City is open to exploring partnership opportunities to deliver quality services and infrastructure that enrich our growing community.
The City of Edmonton is seeking proposals through a Request for Expression of Interest (RFEOI) for partnership on potential future unfunded capital investment projects. This RFEOI seeks to gather innovative, creative, inspiring and sustainable ideas for delivering necessary infrastructure and services for Edmontonians.
Interested parties are invited to submit their high-level vision for any of the following: Woodcroft Library, Cumberland and Big Lake Fire Stations, Windermere North Transit Centre and arena facilities.
A partnership may follow the types listed below or other models not specifically identified:
- City-owned and operated with partner investment
- Owned and/or operated in partnership
- Partner-owned and operated with City involvement
- Owned and operated by an independent entity not affiliated with the City of Edmonton
