Please note this is specifically for flammable liquids and/or combustible liquids with a total spill of greater than 200 litres inside the City of Edmonton boundaries, as per National Fire Code 2023 Alberta Edition Div. C Article 2.2.7.1.

If answered no, as per the Environmental Protection And Enhancement Act Release Reporting Regulation (Alberta Regulation 117/1993) all spills as described below are required to be reported. Edmonton Fire Rescue Services (EFRS) is obligated to fulfill the same requirements as stipulated by the Act and Regulations.
